Problem: There is a noticeable information gap in the Indian job market. According to the IET, 70-80% of jobs never make it to job sites and recruitment agencies. This is called the hidden job market. This information gap alone makes a huge impact on the hiring process, as a candidate has to find the right job among 1.09 crore job openings as of FY24. The overload of job postings can not be solved by just filtering, this still calls for a needle in a haystack situation.

Solution: We aim to bridge this information gap firstly by providing informed and relevant postings based on their profile and leveraging technological Innovation to make the hidden job market more accessible to job seekers digitally. According to a report by PwC India, a significant portion of the workforce is looking for better efficiency and support in their job search.
